  • Dock Street House is a newly built two-story West Palm Beach residence with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and approximately 2,375 square feet of interior living space. The house sleeps 6 people. It feels current and polished, but still comfortable and easy to live in. It’s more than a vacation rental, it’s our home.

  • The main level is organized for everyday living and entertaining, with kitchen, dining, and living spaces that flow together naturally. Upstairs, the bedrooms feel more removed from the social spaces below, giving the home a quieter, more private rhythm.

  • The heart of the home is an open kitchen and living space designed to feel both functional and refined. The kitchen has Thermador appliances, Vitamix Blender, and everything a chef would want in a kitchen!

  • Guests have access to a private garage, free street parking, and self check-in. For many travelers, that combination makes arrival and day-to-day logistics much easier than staying in a denser downtown setting.

    We recommend 1 vehicle in the garage for easiest access. Large trucks may not fit. Free street parking is available.

  • The heated plunge pool is approximately 10x10, about 4 feet deep, and includes built-in steps. It is not fenced or childproof, so children and pets must be supervised at all times. Please do not bring glass into the courtyard or pool area. Heating is included, though it may take a few hours to reach the highest temperature of 104°F. The pool is serviced weekly, and a technician may briefly access the courtyard as needed. By using the pool and courtyard area, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and assume responsibility for their supervision, safety, and use of the space.

It is well suited for guests who want convenience without feeling fully in the middle of the busiest areas.
